I see all these reports about US secret service and prostitutes in Cartagena. I was wondering is Cartagena a sex tourism city? I have been there before but I did not experience this side of it.

Good questions
I want to know this too
I want to travel to meet single women but I do not want to go on a sex tour. I want to go to somewhere latin america and cartagena seems great. But if it's known for that Im not sure if I will want to go there.
